Do you love fitness? Now you can get paid while getting into shape with Get RIPPED!® 96-3 Endurance course. This is the last phase of a 3-part 96 certification program.
Get RIPPED! 96-3-is the third segment of the ENDURANCE phase and like 96-2, 96-3 features 2 calorie-crushing compound exercises per music track.
RIPPED! 96-3 is the next step up from 96-2, using double duty effective compound exercises to help you get maximum results. Every combination totals 96 repetitions with minimized recovery. This is a total body workout guaranteed to maximize fat loss, rev up the heart rate, sculpt the body, and build endurance. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications are always shown.
96-3 has all the benefits of 96-1 and 96-2 from the compound exercises combined with active recovery and minimum rest in between sets. As you progress through the phases, the high repetitions achieves a similar caloric expenditure to running on a treadmill. The high reps will build lactic acid in the muscle to stimulate growth and build muscle endurance. Research shows that high intensity resistance training burns almost twice as many calories post workout than a low intensity workout. 96-3 keeps the heart rate elevated throughout the high intensity workout to burn lots of calories during and after the workout.
- This phase uses compound movements
- Choreographed workouts include: 8 working tracks, a warm-up and cool down
- Each track is about 6 mins
- Easy to follow choreography: 6 sets of 8 reps of a 1st compound exercise with 8 counts of active recovery followed by 6 sets of 8 reps of a 2nd compound exercise with 8 counts of active recovery
- Minimum recovery
- Double duty compound exercises increase endurance and strength
Bonus – Love notes. You will learn key tips on how to teach 96-3, more effectively! Get RIPPED!® 96-3 is eligible for CEC credits with CANFITPRO and AFLCA, AFAA and NASM.
