My 10 week Get RIPPED!® Bootcamp experience was a very positive learning experience. The instructors were incredible and tested our capibilities. For me, I was very excited to be able to feel stomach muscle building underneath belly fat and slowly noticed upper body defination. I could tell there was a big change as I kept putting on jeans that were smaller and everyone commenting on my changing apperance. Also a great group – mostly women – who were a great motivation!
