When I began the Get RIPPED! Bootcamp program I was finally ready to change but knew that I needed help. Given that my daughter was 18 months old, post-baby weight was no longer a valid excuse. When I was sent an email about the Bootcamp, I realized that this was my opportunity to step up to the plate and do something.

It was challenging at first to do the work outs and watch my food intake but with the support of my husband I persisted.  I wasn’t always perfect, but as each week passed I found that it just became more second nature and less of an effort.  Then I started seeing results that just further motivated me.  It definitely helped that the classes were so varied.  It was impossible to be bored.   

At the end of the 12 week program I lost 37 ½ lbs and feel amazing.  I have way more energy and I am fitting into clothes I haven’t worn in over two years.  I have even joined the next session of the Get RIPPED!  Bootcamp and plan to be at a maintenance weight by the end of that session - a goal that far exceeds what I thought I could do when I began the Get RIPPED! program.
