I was hesitant to buy this workout because of the dance section, but Jari is my go-to gal these days and I had to get this one, too. Angie, the instructor of the dance section, is so adorable and her demeanor so sweet that I just feel like I can do anything she says. That sounds a bit weird, but as a non-dancer that's great motivation for me! It's going to take a couple more tries for me to get the hang of it, but it's definitely doable. And the dance sections are nice interludes between Jari's athletic cardio sections. But my heart rate went up with both! It's a nice change of pace for Jari, and I also like that Jari has a more typical warm-up that doesn't use weights. The strength section is typical Jari, but it does have a few new moves. I wish that there was a premix that allowed you to alternate the cardio and strength sections; you can alternate between the dance and athletic cardio, but you have to do the strength section separately. But it's not a huge deal. It's an interesting addition to my collection that will keep my interest in the long run. Jari rocks!.
The hi/lo cardio section is great! Really gets your heart rate up and burns calories. The sweat just drips.
This is a great workout to do after a weight lifting tape like Ripped 1000; I complete the hi/lo section 3 times (it is 10 minutes in length) which gives you a solid 30 min cardio workout!.
