Get what you need to Get RIPPED!

Jari and her team use a variety of equipment in all of the Get RIPPED! DVDs. You’ll see them using a step, barbells, dumbbells and a mat - all of which are available at through Power Systems who are known for the top-notch quality and outstanding service.


Jari always shows modifications in her workouts, so the equipment is optional. However, for best results we really encourage you to make that extra investment in yourself- you are worth it! It’s best to have at least 2-3 different sets of dumbbells and a step. You’ll be amazed at how much the step will add to your workout- especially when doing cardio intervals in Get RIPPED! 1000 and Get Extremely RIPPED! 1000. The mat is great for pushups and chest press and the barbell is awesome for squats, rows, deadlifts and bicep curls as seen in Get RIPPED!, Get RIPPED! Slim and Lean and Get RIPPED! to the Core.


Remember, it’s your workout and we want you to be the very best that you can be! It’s important to listen to you body but don’t be afraid to challenge yourself and step out of that comfort zone...you’ll be amazed at the results you will achieve!
