I have been fortunate to have Jari as an instructor over the last 3 years. This audio workout is just like having Jari as an instructor in your home. The exercises on the weights workout are easy to follow, and the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. The exercises get your heart pumping, and give your muscles a super workout. The music keeps you pumped, and Jari keeps you motivated through the entire workout. The 30 minutes fly by!

Audio Cardio Workout, “The Chase” – Tanya (verified owner)

This is a super fun, fact paced challenge that leaves you feeling invigorated for the day! The treadmill is normally way to boring for me and so I get lazy. This workout builds your stamina and burns calories. It seems over before it began! Just when you think “I can’t…”, a break arrives and you are ready to go again and work off those pounds.

I was sooooo surprised with myself My husband and I have been jogging together for years now, and he’s tried to get me to do interval sprints with him. I did try it once but I really did not like it was just too painful. So when I downloaded this audio “Speed Demon” I had some doubt but figured I could always modify the routine to match my fitness level. You can’t image my surprise when I reached the sprint segment of the audio. The suggested speed of 8.5 was a bit much for me but I was able to do them at 7.5 and 7.0 intervals. I was very pleased with that for my first time. I believe having Jari in my ear giving me kind words of encouragement is what made all the difference for me. I truly love this routine and can’t wait to do it again. But for now I have to get moving to start my Weights 1 routine. Thank you!!!!! You are the best Jari.
